Before we could set up the tree, this had to happen.....
It was a pain in the neck!
Our pre-lit Christmas tree was no longer "pre-lit". It was just pre-wired...with dead lights...so Chris underwent the tedious process of removing all of the "pre-wired" lights! This took much longer than expected so setting up our Christmas tree lasted over the course of a few days. :)
When we finally did get it up, it was absolutely beautiful. We were short on lights so we decided to add the stars to the tree instead of hangin them outside or by our front window....and I LOVE them on the tree!! All season long I just admired my tree over there in the corner, reminding me of the everlasting light of Christ.
