Charlie Elf.
What a fun little fellow we get to have visit us throughout Christmas time. The kids love finding him every morning of course. He suffered a slight injury this year when Lydia was playing a little too rough and knocked him off of his perch. We made a bed for him and let him rest for about a day and a half, until he recovered and made it back to report to Santa that Lydia was truly sorry and felt terrible about it all. This is how we found him Christmas morning, welcoming his season of vacation. Miles still asks about him every once in a random while.
