Well, I guess this is what happens when you leave a spoon in the Ninja blender pitcher and turn the blender on. I honestly feel like the most absent minded person in the world sometimes (not to mention that I have done this exact thing AT LEAST once before...with a different blender...and that spoon was luckier, but the blender might have died in battle....)
