Logan Co-Op Preschool End of Year

Miles's preschool has come to an end! It was a crazy, wild, and fun little co-op. These little ones mostly wanted to PLAY, PLAY, PLAY. So we had to get really creative when it came to lesson planning and such. Miles does know all of his letters now though and can write most of them on his own. He spells his name and learned about germs and washing hands, Presidents, firefighters, veterinarians, science experiments and more. These pictures are from the week we did Solids, Liquids, and Gases. We made out own liquid and froze it so that it would turn solid (ice cream). Then we went to the Creamery at USU and had a tour of the place and saw how the ice cream is made.
I thought it was funny when at the end of the tour, the kids got to choose a cup of ice cream out of about 5 flavors. The majority of them wanted lemon! hahaha....over cookies n' cream and chocolate?.
