I do a "Star" incentive with the kids where they can earn stars for doing certain things to help our home be more harmonious. We have a "Star Store" on the first of every month, where they can cash in their stars for fun activities that re-enforce the "harmony building" that earned the stars in the first place. Lydia saved up for two or three months to buy this outing, "Movies with a Friend". She chose Ya Ya, one of our cute little neighbor girls, to go with her to see Inside Out at the movie theater. We had popcorn and treats and it was a lot of fun.
