We made it to a BYU this year! They were playing in UVA in Charlottesville and so we decided to make a day trip out of it and attend. Faith was just a tiny little doll, Lydia was a CHEER-leader, Miles had a good time at his first football game. The day, however, was almost a COMPLETE disaster! We got a speeding ticket on the way to the game because we were running late. A huge rainstorm blew in just as the game was starting. They delayed the game and made everybody wait outside the stadium. Faith had a blow out and I had no spare change of clothes. And our plans to have a BBQ at the park after ward were adjusted to have a "tailgate" BBQ at our cars on the side of the street! But a tired, wet and true blue family of five (plus Grandma and Grandpa) got to see a BYU football game this year..they got beat by the way....hahaha. It was a fun time though, and watching Lydia cheer was enough happiness to spread f. We completed it with some cupcakes for my Mom because it was her birthday.

| didn't bring blankets for a hot summer day out.....rrrright....so we ended up wrapping Faith in the table cloth. Worked pretty well because it was slightly water resistant. |
